II. Applications

This welding wire is designed for welding of carbon steel and low - alloy steel structures with corresponding strength levels. It finds extensive applications in industries such as engineering machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, vehicle production, and petrochemical engineering.

III. Characteristics

Strength Grade: ER70S - 6 welding wire belongs to the 500MPa - grade carbon steel welding wire. When used with CO2 gas shielded welding, it exhibits excellent performance.

Spatter: Generates minimal welding spatter during the welding process, ensuring a clean working environment and reducing post - welding cleaning work.
